Design

The design services I offer start with your idea and go from that to the open road and the wind in your hair. I can help whether you are looking for a new bike, truly yours alone, or a new concept for a part or component, a new frame, a different way of mounting existing components, handle bars you can’t find anywhere else, the list goes on as far as your imagination can take you… and beyond. Once that work is done, I can prepare a set of accurate drawings including manufacturing and assembly instructions that you can use to have your design made reality. I can also help in that regard by researching the supplier market and finding the right manufacturer, the right assembler, the right chrome shop, painter, whatever you need to get it done so that it fits with both your dream and your budget.

Packages

Full bike design

This package includes everything required to build your bike from fabrication drawings and specifications to parts lists for all the purchased items required. Cost for this package starts as low as $2,000. CND. This may be higher depending on the cost of preparing any special part drawings required. All packages will be quoted to a fixed cost prior to ordering.

Special parts

This package is similar to the full bike but the cost will depend on the complexity of the part required. For parts and assemblies that I have on file the cost ranges from $150. to $550. CND. A quotation of the design cost will be prepared prior to ordering.

Delivery

All design packages are delivered printed as standard 24” x 36” for drawings and 8.5” x 11” for parts list, specifications and other documents, two copies of each. All packages are sent by priority mail to the purchaser. Other arrangements can be made for electronic transfer if required.
